How to decrystallize honey?

Turn this
Into this

crystallized honey jar
clear honey jar

Raw honey tends to crystallize relatively quickly. It turns milky white and becomes very thick, like the jar on the left. This is totally natural and nothing to worry about. In fact many people like their honey in the thick crystallized form. It is easy to spread and if you are adding a spoonful to your cup of tea it just melts right in.

If you want to return your honey back to it's liquid state, like the jar on the right, you just need to heat it to 100 -110 degrees for a short period of time. You do not want to over heat it and definitely do not use a microwave.

There are lots of options that will work.
